Max Effort Hand Stand Push Ups
15 KB Swings (2 pood)
5 rounds for time/ Rest 1 Minute between rounds
22:57 RTG

50 oblique side-bends (2 pood)
As I reflect on this mornings work several things come to mind:
1. Handstand walks keep on getting better. I wish I would have measured the distance. My next feat is to turn around in place on my hands.
2. 5 sets of unbroken DUBs on the un-coated speed rope went fantastic.
2. HSPU are still not competition Rx division ready. Had to scale off the 45# plates onto the floor. I have been successful with the kip off the floor and can actually touch the 1 ab mat. This is a big improvement from the two ab-mats/no plates. The work is paying off little by little. I am wondering if the plates is a mental barrier. I saw JMazz use a thinner set of plates (10# i think) which is simple/effective/genius option. I'll be using this next time.
3. KBS w/ the 2 pood KB was CRAY CRAY (espcially after yesterday's 315 DL). Big BIG hips to get that cannon up.
4. I LOATHE lunges of any sort.
5. CFG is my fav place to be. It's like a playground for fitness junkies. LOVE IT!
